Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor will deliver all facets of the talent acquisition process while performing life cycle recruiting (source, qualify, interview, assess, extend and close all offers) for the designated business area. This position will be instrumental in building relationships with internal clients in US, Mexico and Europe. In an effort to ensure current and future talent acquisition strategies and programs are well aligned to support the workforce and talent needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle while partnering with hiring managers to plan and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies that identify and deliver top talent to the business
  • Build and maintain strong pipeline of potential candidates for the business through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code
  • Establish a vendor management strategy to ensure tesa has the right partners to fill key and critical positions as needed. Research and analyse data on assigned projects including agency performance and channel opportunities to identify best sourcing opportunities
  • Develop, support and maintain college partnerships designed to build a pipeline for internship programs and recruiting, employment advertising campaigns, affirmative action and career development programs
  • Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Effectively and independently manage a variety of position types/business groups/geographies
  • Understand marketplace thoroughly and use knowledge to build successful strategies adept at engaging specialized, high-skilled or difficult-to-attract talent hiring
  • “Own” client groups, accounts and/or geography relationships to drive results directly with hiring leaders. Provide thought leadership regarding sourcing strategies and projects
  • Proactively seek diverse candidate slates and support diversity effort
  • Expert in professional hiring for businesses with moderate complexity Customer-focus and efficiency of costs drive deliverables
  • Work involves significant understanding and ability to work across groups, skillsets or geographies Relationships with candidates, business leaders and groups, HR and the market are key to success Sourcing expert
  • Partner with internal marketing team to design a social media strategy to increase company brand recognition
  • Travel as necessary, up the 15%, both US and international

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in recruiting and human resources and minimum 2 years working as in-house regional role
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn recruiter strongly preferred
  • Global perspective and sensitivity to international recruiting practices
  • Experience in developing and managing internship programs, college recruiting programs and establishing a social media strategy
  • Successful track record of managing and closing high-visible searches
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interview, sourcing, and advisory skills in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong action orientation, go-getter, willing to go the extra mile
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with recruiting for manufacturing company
  • Experience with recruiting for global sales teams
  • Able and willing to travel as required
  • Spanish speaking (nice to have)
